Kickoff Party information

Join us as we celebrate the official beginning of Thunder Over the Heartland with a community kickoff party on Thursday, 10 October at Evergy Plaza!

Festivities begin at 5:30pm with formalities at 6pm as we welcome our incredible air show performers to Topeka. This is our chance to meet these amazing aviators as well as the world-renowned United States Air Force Thunderbirds!

Air Show Announcers Adam Landau and Luke Carrico will emcee the event, which will feature music, the chance for you to mingle with your favorite aerial performers, and witness a thrilling flyover by the Vaerus Jet Sales DC-3!
